Under the dramatically styled 2011 Sentra body is a powerful 2.0-litre 4-cylinder engine designed to combine responsive acceleration with good fuel economy and efficient operation. It is mated to a 6-speed manual or available Xtronic CVT™.

Sentra 2.5 SE-R features an upgraded 2.5L, 177 HP engine, 17? alloy wheels, Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC), Traction Control System (TCS) and a sport-tuned suspension. It also features a Sport grille and Sport Bucket Seats and is available only in a CVT transmission with paddle shifters.

Rounding out the available models is the 2011 Sentra 2.5 Spec V, which enjoys all the features of the 2.5 SE-R and more, including an upgraded 2.5L High Output engine rated at 200 HP.
